Podcasts
To hear a podcast, click on the topic you want to hear. It will open your media player (Quicktime, Real Audio, Windows Media Player, etc) and begin to play. If you want to download it to your computer so that you can listen to it later or put on your iPod or other MP3 player just right click on it (or control+click if you don't have a right click). Then save it to your computer.
