He especially credits the experience and knowledge he gained working as a TA in 3A lab with allowing him to excell in his studies at UCI. Best wishes on your continued success, Suraj!

EDDIE FRY (BIO 3A, 2000?, T.A 2001)

After BC graduation, Eddie completed his wish list of adrenalin-producing endevours by diving with sharks and undergoing training in cave-diving. He then completed EMT training and, nearly through his paramedic training, was sidelined by an injury. Still in town and looking forward to returning to school for further coursework, Eddie says, "Hi!". BTW, We're still using the Giant Chromosome Game that Eddie devised.

Clint Allen (Bio 3a Spring, '98)

Clint is knockin' them dead at TEXAS A & M. He's doing research on C. burnetti bacteria (Which causes Q fever). He sends this message:

"...tell your current "big university" aspiring bio students ...if they do well in your class, they will do well in any bio class. I took the second half of bio in the Fall ...I had a huge advantage in the respect that I had already had the info and that I knew how to study for it. Because of that, I got the only A in a lab section of 40 people. I remember when I took the class I wondered why in the heck I needed to study so much for one Bio Class. Tell them they have no idea!!!!!"

Eric Schaad (Bio 3a Spring, '99)

Bio Major, Eric worked at the California Living Museum (CALM) for 2 years, transferred to UCSan Diego. He plans to turn a mammalogy major into a career in a zoological park. Due to his good grades, hard work and winning personality, he secured a job with the San Diego Wild Animal Park as a Mammal Keeper. This was an incredible achievement and a HUGE stepping stone to the future. Latest news about Eric comes from his WIFE, Katherine Morse, Bio 3A, Spring, '99. They were married this summer. They tell me neither one remembers the other from their Bio Class! Eric is currently enrolled in a PhD program in New Mexico.
